Great news! None of the removed tumor has grown back! There was some of the original tumor that couldnt be removed when they did the biopsy because it was intertwined with her brain in places that control her memory and function. As Dana pointed out, you cant see everything that is or is not there so as a precaution she will continue with Chemo 5 days a month for 6 months to try and kill what they cant see and hopefully prevent anything new from growing. She will have more MRI's along the way to make sure there arent any negative changes. Its a big relief to know that the tumor didnt grow back. Five days of chemo a month is better than 5 days a week!
